Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in accordance with established nursing protocols and standards
- Administer medications and treatments accurately while monitoring patient responses
- Document clinical observations and patient progress in electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Educate patients and families on health management and discharge planning
- Maintain sterile environments and infection control procedures
- Participate in shift handoffs and safety initiatives
Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of Arizona (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- CPR certification (BLS for Healthcare Providers)
- Strong critical thinking and clinical judgment abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
