Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual patient assessments and triage via telehealth platform
- Provide clinical guidance and health education to patients remotely
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
- Document patient encounters accurately in electronic health records
- Monitor chronic conditions and provide timely interventions
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives for remote care
- Handle emergency protocols and escalate critical cases appropriately
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Texas (compact license acceptable)
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- 0-2 years of clinical nursing experience (new grads welcome!)
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with digital health tools
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport virtually
- Ability to work independently while collaborating in a team environment
- Basic knowledge of telehealth best practices and HIPAA compliance
- Valid BLS/CPR certification (or obtainable within 30 days)
