Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in acute care settings with focus on assessment, treatment planning, and medication administration
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care and positive outcomes
- Document patient progress accurately in electronic health records (EHR) systems

Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN required)
- Active North Carolina RN license (or ability to obtain immediately)
- ACLS/BLS certifications (or willingness to obtain during onboarding)
- Graduation from accredited nursing program within last 12 months
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and clinical procedures
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
