Responsibilities
- Del compassionate patient care across diverse medical units
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Document patient assessments and care plans in EHR systems
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to clinical staff
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Adhere to all JCAHO and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN/BSN)
- Active Florida RN license (or ability to obtain immediately)
- ACLS/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Clinical rotation experience in acute care setting
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work rotating shifts and weekends
- Basic computer proficiency with EHR systems
