Responsibilities
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, symptoms, and medical history accurately.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by licensed physicians.
- Provide direct patient care, including assistance with daily living activities and personal hygiene.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and their families regarding medical conditions, discharge instructions, and preventive care.
- Respond promptly to patient inquiries and emergency situations with a focus on patient safety.
Qualifications
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of California.
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume clinical environment.
- Demonstrated compassion and a commitment to the highest standards of patient care.
