Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with nursing standards and facility protocols
- Administer medications and treatments accurately while monitoring patient responses
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in electronic health records
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and self-care management
- Maintain sterile environments and ensure infection control compliance
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Valid Tennessee RN license (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from accredited institution
- New graduates and nurses with less than 1 year experience encouraged to apply
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Pass background check and drug screening
