Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in assigned clinical units under preceptor guidance
- Utilize Epic EMR for documentation and care coordination
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
- Participate in remote charting and virtual care coordination
- Adhere to evidence-based practice and safety protocols
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active Florida RN license (or compact state eligibility)
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- ACLS/BLS certification (or obtain within 90 days)
- Recent nursing graduate (within 12 months) or 1 year max experience
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
