Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Monitor vital signs and document health observations accurately
- Administer medications and treatments as per care plans
- Transport residents to appointments and social activities
- Maintain clean, safe resident environments
- Collaborate with nurses and healthcare professionals
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
Qualifications
- Active Nevada CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year of senior care experience preferred
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Clean background check and drug screen
