Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including assessments, medication administration, and treatment monitoring
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Document patient observations and care accurately in electronic health records

Qualifications
- Valid Ohio RN license (or eligibility to obtain)

- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
