Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with established protocols and standards
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Monitor patient vital signs and document clinical observations
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop patient plans
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and discharge instructions
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and safety protocols
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) documentation
Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (ASN/BSN) required
- Active Illinois RN license or eligible for immediate licensure
- Passionate about patient-centered care with strong communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced healthcare environments
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required (CPR)
