Responsibilities
- Provide virtual patient assessments and triage via telehealth platform
- Coordinate care plans with multidisciplinary teams
- Administer medications and treatments per physician protocols
- Document patient encounters accurately in EHR systems
- Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Educate patients on health management and preventive care
- Collaborate with case managers for continuity of care
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Tennessee (compact license accepted)
- BSN or associate degree in Nursing
- New graduates with <1 year experience encouraged
- BLS certification required
- Experience with telehealth platforms preferred
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently in remote setting
- Pass background check and drug screen
