Responsibilities
- Assess patient symptoms via phone and in-person using standardized triage protocols
- Prioritize patient cases based on urgency and medical necessity
- Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to coordinate care plans
- Document patient encounters accurately in EMR systems
- Educate patients on appropriate care settings (ER, urgent care, telehealth)
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards
- Participate in continuous training and quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active RN license (or eligible for Arizona licensure)
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- BLS/CPR certification (provided if not current)
