Responsibilities
- Assess patient symptoms via phone and digital triage systems to determine urgency
- Collaborate with physicians and specialists to coordinate patient care pathways
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) documentation
- Provide clear medical instructions to patients and caregivers
- Follow established clinical protocols for emergency and non-emergency cases
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications
- Active Arizona RN license (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN)
- Basic computer proficiency with EHR systems
