Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care and companionship to elderly clients in their homes
- Assist with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
- Administer prescribed medications and monitor vital signs using provided equipment
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social activities using company vehicles
- Maintain detailed care notes and communicate client status with healthcare team
- Implement safety protocols using provided mobility aids and medical devices
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience or relevant certification
- Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Compassionate demeanor and strong communication skills
- Reliable transportation to Plano locations
- Background check clearance
