Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care assistance with bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with medication reminders
- Monitor vital signs and document care progress
- Assist with light housekeeping and errands
- Engage clients in meaningful social activities
- Transport clients to appointments using company-provided vehicle
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to implement care plans
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- New Jersey Home Health Aide certification required
- CPR and First Aid certification (provided if needed)
- Valid NJ driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and assist with transfers
- Excellent communication and empathy skills
- Reliable transportation to client locations
- Background check clearance required
