Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and mobility support
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs using provided medical equipment
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with daily living activities
- Transport clients to medical appointments using company-provided vehicles
- Document care activities and maintain detailed client records
- Assist with specialized equipment such as lift systems and mobility aids
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance client well-being
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience or CNA certification
- Valid Nevada driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to operate medical equipment (training provided)
- Strong communication skills and empathy for elderly clients
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with proper equipment assistance
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Pass background check and drug screening
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
