Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Assist with mobility and transfer using provided equipment
- Monitor and document client health status
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding
- Administer medications as per care plan
- Transport clients to medical appointments (company vehicle provided)
- Maintain a safe and clean living environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- New Jersey Home Health Aide certification (HHA)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- CPR/First Aid certification
- Ability to lift 50 lbs with provided assistive equipment
- Excellent communication and empathy skills
- Reliable transportation to Jersey City locations
