Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care assistance using company-provided medical equipment
- Monitor patient health status and document care activities
- Assist with mobility transfers using provided patient lifts and mobility aids
- Administer medications and treatments as per care plans
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with daily living activities
- Transport clients to appointments using company vehicles
- Maintain a safe, clean environment following infection control protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Valid Virginia driver's license and clean driving record
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to safely operate provided medical equipment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation to assignments
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds with provided equipment assistance
- Background check and drug screening required
