Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Monitor client health status and report changes to care team
- Assist with medication administration per care plan
- Transport clients to appointments using company-provided vehicles
- Prepare nutritious meals and maintain safe home environment
- Document care activities and client progress accurately
- Utilize provided medical equipment (lifts, monitors, mobility aids)
Qualifications
- State of Washington Caregiver Certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds with provided equipment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation to assignments
- Background check clearance required
