Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during complex procedures using advanced practice equipment
- Prepare and sterilize instruments following OSHA guidelines
- Manage digital imaging systems and patient records
- Deliver patient education on oral hygiene techniques
- Oversee inventory of dental supplies and equipment
- Maintain operatory cleanliness between patient visits
Qualifications
- Active California Dental Assistant certification or RDA status
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in general dentistry
- Proficiency with digital radiography and practice management software
- CPR/BLS certification
- Exceptional chairside communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
