Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and mobility support
- Administer prescribed medications and monitor vital signs
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Perform light housekeeping and errands for clients
- Document client progress and report concerns to care coordinators
- Transport clients to medical appointments using company-provided vehicles
- Maintain sterile environments and use provided medical equipment safely
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year home health aide experience or CNA certification
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical tasks
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Compassionate demeanor and patience with elderly/ill clients
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Reliable transportation to our Corpus Christi office
