Responsibilities
- Provide personalized in-home care including bathing, dressing, and grooming assistance
- Prepare nutritious meals and monitor dietary needs
- Administer prescribed medications and track vital signs
- Assist with mobility transfers and ambulation using provided equipment
- Transport clients to medical appointments and errands
- Document care activities and maintain accurate records
- Report any changes in client condition to care coordinator
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain safe environment
Qualifications
- Ohio Home Health Aide certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical care tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
