Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming) using provided equipment
- Monitor vital signs and document health observations
- Assist with mobility and transfers using provided mobility aids
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding when needed
- Administer prescribed medications under supervision
- Perform light housekeeping and errands
- Transport clients to appointments using company-provided vehicle
- Maintain accurate care records
Qualifications
- Current North Carolina Home Health Aide certification
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds with provided equipment
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic CPR/First Aid certification
- Strong communication and empathy skills
- Reliable transportation to assignments
