Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and mobility support
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs as per care plans
- Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation for clients
- Transport clients to medical appointments using company-provided vehicle
- Document care activities and client progress in electronic health records
- Assist with therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation protocols
- Maintain sterile environments for wound care procedures
Qualifications
- NC State HHA certification or equivalent caregiver credentials
- Minimum 1 year home healthcare experience
- CPR/First Aid certification (training provided if needed)
- Valid NC driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical care tasks
- Proficient in using medical equipment (we provide training)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
