Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care assistance including bathing, dressing, and mobility support
- Monitor patient vital signs and document health observations
- Assist with medication administration and medical equipment operation

- Maintain accurate patient care records and communication logs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Current Indiana HHA certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
