Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during complex procedures including restorative and surgical treatments
- Manage digital imaging and radiography with precision
- Sterilize instruments and maintain OSHA compliance protocols
- Deliver patient education on oral hygiene techniques
- Coordinate treatment plans and insurance documentation
- Oversee inventory management and supply ordering
- Support front desk operations including scheduling and billing
Qualifications
- Minnesota Dental Assistant certification required
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in general dentistry
- CDA or DANB certification preferred
- Expertise in digital radiography (Dexis/Sirona)
- CPR/BLS certification
- Exceptional patient communication skills
- Proficiency in Eaglesoft practice management software
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
