Responsibilities
- Prepare patients and dental operatory for procedures
- Assist dentists during complex treatments and surgeries
- Take and develop accurate dental radiographs
- Maintain strict infection control protocols
- Manage inventory and sterilization equipment
- Deliver exceptional patient education and support
- Coordinate scheduling and administrative tasks
Qualifications
- Current Dental Assistant certification or X-ray license
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience
- Proficiency in dental software (Dentrix/Eaglesoft)
- CPR certification (BLS preferred)
- Strong knowledge of OSHA and HIPAA compliance
- Excellent communication and chairside manner
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
