Responsibilities
- Prepare patients and sterilize instruments following OSHA protocols
- Assist dentists during complex procedures including endodontics and oral surgery
- Manage digital radiography and intraoral imaging systems
- Implement infection control protocols and maintain operatory sterility
- Coordinate patient education on post-treatment care and hygiene
- Oversee inventory management and supply ordering
- Utilize Eaglesoft practice management software efficiently
Qualifications
- CDA or RDA certification required
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in general dentistry
- Expertise in digital radiography and 4-handed dentistry
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA compliance protocols
- CPR/BLS certification (current)
- Exceptional chairside manner and patient communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in high-volume practice
- Proficiency in Eaglesoft and Dexis imaging systems
