Responsibilities
- Chairside assistance during complex procedures including implants and orthodontics
- Digital radiography and intraoral imaging proficiency
- 4-handed dentistry coordination with doctors
- Sterilization and OSHA protocol compliance
- Patient education and comfort management
- Digital charting and practice management software
- Inventory management and supply ordering
Qualifications
- CDA or RDA certification required
- 2+ years clinical dental assisting experience
- DEXIS/Radiography certification
- Excellent chairside communication skills
- CPR/BLS certification current
- Knowledge of HIPAA compliance
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team-player mentality
