Responsibilities
- Chairside assistance during complex procedures including restorative and cosmetic dentistry
- Digital radiography and intraoral imaging proficiency
- Strict sterilization protocol adherence and infection control management
- Patient education on oral hygiene and treatment procedures
- Dental inventory management and supply ordering
- Electronic health records documentation using Eaglesoft software
- Coordination of multi-specialty treatment plans
Qualifications
- Current Oregon Dental Assistant certification and radiology permit
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in general dentistry
- CPR/BLS certification
- Proficiency with dental imaging software (DEXIS/RadioVisioGraphy preferred)
- Exceptional communication and chairside manner
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of OSHA and HIPAA compliance standards
