Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during complex procedures including restorative and surgical cases
- Take accurate dental radiographs and impressions
- Manage sterilization protocols and infection control standards
- Prepare treatment rooms and maintain optimal inventory levels
- Deliver patient education on oral hygiene and post-procedure care
- Coordinate seamless patient flow and scheduling efficiency
- Maintain accurate digital patient records using Dentrix/EagleSoft
Qualifications
- CDA certification or DANB Radiology/Infection Control required
- Minimum 2 years chairside experience
- Expertise in digital radiography and intraoral cameras
- CPR/BLS certification current
- Exceptional communication and chairside manner
- Proficiency with dental practice management software
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced clinical environment
- Washington State dental assistant permit
