Responsibilities
- Assess and prioritize patient conditions using standardized triage protocols
- Provide accurate clinical recommendations to patients and providers
- Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff on patient care plans
- Document patient encounters in EHR systems with precision
- Manage patient flow and departmental resource allocation
- Educate patients on healthcare resources and follow-up care
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and hospital policies
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Arizona
- Minimum 3 years emergency room or triage experience
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience with Epic EHR systems preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
