Responsibilities
- Assess incoming patient calls and prioritize emergency cases using ESI protocols
- Provide accurate clinical guidance over phone and telehealth platforms
- Collaborate with physicians to coordinate patient care pathways
- Maintain detailed electronic health records with 99% accuracy
- Train new triage staff on department protocols and best practices
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives for patient safety
- Handle high-pressure situations with calm professionalism
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Georgia with 2+ years triage experience
- BLS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications required
- Proficiency in Epic EHR systems
- Exceptional critical thinking and decision-making abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with pediatric/adult triage protocols
- Bachelor's in Nursing preferred
