Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding when needed
- Monitor client health status and report changes to care team
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
- Perform light housekeeping duties and medication reminders
- Transport clients to appointments and errands as required
- Maintain accurate care documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional home health aide experience
- Current GA state HHA certification or CNA license
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Compassionate personality and patience working with elderly/disabled
- Clear criminal background check and TB test
- Flexible availability including evenings/weekends
