Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care assistance (bathing, grooming, dressing)
- Support daily living activities (meal prep, light housekeeping)
- Monitor vital signs and document client observations
- Transport clients to medical appointments and errands
- Administer prescribed medications under supervision
- Assist with mobility and therapeutic exercises
- Maintain accurate care records and reports
Qualifications
- Texas HHA certification or CNA license (required)
- Minimum 1 year home care experience
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Flexibility with scheduling (weekends, evenings)
