Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation using proper techniques
- Prepare nutritious meals and monitor dietary needs
- Administer prescribed medications accurately and document observations
- Perform light housekeeping and maintain safe client environments
- Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance quality of life
- Transport clients to appointments and social activities when needed
Qualifications
- Current Nevada HHA certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Ability to pass background check and health screening
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate demeanor with patience and cultural sensitivity
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, or on-call shifts
