Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care assistance with daily activities (bathing, dressing, meal prep)
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs as instructed
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social outings
- Companion care for cognitive stimulation and emotional support
- Light housekeeping and errand services
- Maintain detailed care notes and communicate with family
- Follow individualized care plans with precision
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Valid Florida driver's license and reliable vehicle
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Clear background check and drug screening
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
- Empathetic communication skills and patience
- Flexibility to work weekends/holidays as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent required
