Responsibilities
- Provide personalized in-home care including meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders
- Assist with mobility, bathing, and personal grooming while maintaining dignity
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social activities
- Monitor vital signs and report health changes to care coordinators
- Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental wellness
- Maintain accurate care documentation and communication logs
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience (CNA/HHA preferred)
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license and reliable transportation
- Certified in CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical tasks
- Excellent communication and empathy skills
- Clear background check and drug screening required
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
