Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during procedures including exams, fillings, and extractions
- Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and maintain inventory
- Take dental radiographs and perform preliminary assessments
- Manage patient flow and ensure comfort during visits
- Document patient records accurately in digital systems
- Provide post-procedure care instructions to patients
Qualifications
- Current Dental Assistant certification (DANB or equivalent)
- Nebraska dental radiology certification
- 1+ years of clinical experience in general dentistry
- Proficiency with Eaglesoft or dental management software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends
