Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during complex procedures using precise chairside techniques
- Manage patient flow and digital charting with Dentrix/Eaglesoft software
- Perform sterilization protocols and OSHA compliance monitoring
- Take diagnostic X-rays and impressions with precision
- Deliver exceptional patient education on oral hygiene
- Order supplies and maintain organized treatment areas
Qualifications
- Minnesota Dental Assistant certification or DANB eligibility
- 1+ years clinical experience in general dentistry
- Strong knowledge of dental instruments and infection control
- Exceptional communication and chairside manner
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends as needed
- CPR/BLS certification (current or obtainable)
- Proficiency in digital imaging and practice management software
