Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough telephone triage assessments to determine patient urgency and appropriate care pathways
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to coordinate patient care plans
- Document patient interactions accurately in EMR systems following regulatory standards
- Provide clear medical guidance to patients regarding symptoms and treatment options
- Manage patient flow and prioritize cases based on acuity levels

Qualifications
- Current RN license in Tennessee (or compact state)
- Minimum 2 years emergency/urgent care or triage experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in electronic medical records
- Ability to work independently and adapt to flexible schedules
