Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments via phone and telehealth platforms
- Prioritize cases using clinical protocols and triage algorithms
- Collaborate with physicians and care teams for critical cases
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation
- Educate patients on care pathways and home management
- Monitor patient outcomes and follow-up requirements
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Nebraska
- Minimum 2 years ER/urgent care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Exceptional communication and critical thinking skills
- Experience with Epic EMR systems preferred
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Flexibility to cover varied shifts including weekends
- BSN or higher degree preferred
