Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough telephone assessments to determine patient acuity and prioritize care needs
- Provide accurate medical advice and guidance to patients via telehealth platforms
- Collaborate with physicians to coordinate patient care and emergency protocols
- Document patient interactions and care plans in electronic health records
- Monitor and track patient outcomes to ensure continuity of care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and training programs
Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of Minnesota
- Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience
- BLS certification required, ACLS preferred
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
- Experience with telehealth or telephone triage systems
- Ability to work independently and make sound clinical judgments
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
