Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments with precise documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes

Qualifications
- Active Virginia RN license (or compact state eligibility)
- BSN degree preferred; ADN with experience considered
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in acute care settings
- BLS/ACLS certification and NIHSS competency
- Strong proficiency in EHR systems (EPIC preferred)
- Exceptional communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work flexible rotating night shifts
