Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood draws with precision
- Process and label specimens according to HIPAA protocols
- Maintain accurate patient records in EMR systems
- Ensure sterile equipment and safe handling of biohazard materials

Qualifications
- Current Phlebotomy Technician certification (ASCP, NCCT, or equivalent)
