Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Assist with therapeutic activities and social engagement programs
- Collaborate with nurses and healthcare professionals on care plans
- Maintain clean, safe environments following infection control protocols
- Transport patients safely within facilities and to appointments
- Support end-of-life care with dignity and respect
Qualifications
- Active Colorado CNA certification required
- Minimum 6 months recent CNA experience preferred
- Flexibility to work day/evening/weekend/holiday shifts
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
