Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care including bathing, dressing, and grooming assistance.
- Monitor vital signs and document patient changes accurately.Assist with mobility, transfers, and range-of-motion exercises.Administer prescribed medications under supervision.Support patients with nutritional needs and meal preparation.Maintain a clean, safe environment for patients.Communicate effectively with healthcare team members and families.
Qualifications
- Active Texas CNA certification in good standing.Minimum 1 year of recent CNA experience preferred.Valid CPR/BLS certification.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.Compassionate demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.Reliable transportation and punctuality.Flexibility to work various shifts including nights/weekends.
