Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate virtual patient assessments and consultations via telehealth platform
- Monitor and interpret patient health data remotely, documenting in electronic health records
- Coordinate care plans with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
- Educate patients on health management and medication protocols through digital channels
- Triage urgent patient inquiries and escalate critical cases appropriately

Qualifications
- Active RN license in Nebraska or willingness to obtain immediately
