Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered care in assigned clinical units
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Document patient assessments and progress accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Monitor vital signs and respond to changes in patient condition
- Ensure compliance with JCAHO and facility policies
- Provide patient and family education
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Tennessee or Georgia
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience
- BLS/CPR certification required
- ACLS preferred for ICU/ER roles
- Flexibility to work 8, 12, or 16-hour shifts
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments
