Responsibilities
- Assess patient calls and triage cases to determine medical urgency
- Provide accurate clinical advice per established protocols
- Document all interactions in EHR systems with precision
- Collaborate with providers and care coordinators
- Maintain strict HIPAA compliance and confidentiality
- Manage high-volume call queues efficiently
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Florida
- Minimum 2 years clinical nursing experience
- BLS certification (AHA preferred)
- Exceptional communication and decision-making skills
- Proficiency with EHR systems (EPIC experience a plus)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Triage or emergency department background preferred
- Strong computer literacy for telehealth platforms
